LCBT promotes two Officers
Lapeer County Bank & Trust Co. is pleased to announce promotions the of Sharon Skirke as the new BSA & Security Officer and Ashley Winter as the new Credit Officer.

Sharon Skirke joined the Bank in February of 2009 as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She started her banking career 23 years ago in the Metro Detroit area working in both bank operations and branch management.
Skirke earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and has gone on to attain the following certifications: Certified Community Bank Security Officer
(CCBSO) and Certified BSA AML Professional (CBAP) through the Independent Community Bankers Association, and Bank Supervision Diploma through the American Institute of Banking.
Skirke resides in Oxford with her husband and two sons.
Ashley Winter joined the Bank in September of 2003 and has worked her way up through the ranks, holding the positions of Assistant Branch Manager, Commercial Loan Associate and Commercial Loan Officer. Winter holds a Bachelors Degree from Baker College in Business Administration majoring in Accounting.
In 2014 Winter graduated from MBA Perry School of Banking. She was also the recipient of a Community Banker of Michigan (CBM) Scholarship to attend the 2014 Independent Community Bankers of America Leadership Development Conference held in Memphis, Tennessee. Winter continues to work with the CBM in creating an Emerging Leader Network.
Winter resides in Metamora with her husband and daughter.
